Abdelhak Nouri,20 who plays his trade with Ajax Fc,collapsed during pre-season friendly match against Werder Bremen on Saturday.
Ajax has announced that the young talented player has permanent severe brain damage.
The player who is known to be very friendly and well behave person.
“Everyone loves Appie,” coach Marcel Keizer said, adding that to him the midfielder represents Ajax.
His eldest brother, however, is pessimistic about Abdelhak's chances of being the same person as before his collapse.
"The doctors are quite confident that he will not recover," Abderrahim Nouri told AD . "If he were to wake up, he would not be able to think, eat, talk, walk or even recognise people. He would not be able to function normally."
