Today marks World Day Against Child Labour

June 12 is World Day Against Child Labour,it was launched in 2002 and is held each year on June 12.

They more than 168 Million Child Labourers around the world aged from five to 17.Many of them never start school or will drop out of school. They have little or no time for play or normal childhood activities. 

The theme of this year's World Day Against Child Labour is: "In conflict and disasters,protect children from Child Labour."
Child Labour is any act of using Children for Labour work or forcing a child to do something they don't want. 

Child Labour includes,slavery or practice similar to slavery,the use of a child for prostitution or for illicit activities. Child Labourers works on farms and in fields,in factories and down the mines. Some work as servants or maids,other sell goods in the streets or markets.
They are many reasons Children work. A major one is poverty- family do not have a enough more to feed and look after their Children or pay their school fees,so they have to find jobs. Business will often employ Children because they don't have to pay them high wages or look after them properly.
