Mali Music has released his latest album entitled The Transition of Mali. For all of those that complain that the Soul is gone, here you go.
Mali Music has been infusing current music with Soul for years. He came on my radar when I heard Walking Shoes & made it the song that I listen to when I need the inspiration to push it to the next level. What Mali does brings to mind the likes of Marvin Gaye & other artists whose heart you can hear in their music. He touches on many topics in life, but he always comes back around to love & pushing forward. Throughout the album, he showcases a few different sounds, through Hip Hop, Soul, R&B, & Gospel. I’m sure that you’ll be able to relate to a few of the tracks on this album. The album features appearances by Jazmine Sullivan & Jhene Aiko.
